Partners Albania for Change and Development is Balkan Green Ideas National Lead based in Tirana. It is an independent Albanian NGO established in 2001, working to support civil society and facilitate inter-sector cooperation in order to strengthen democratic institutions and advance economic development. Partners Albania is a member of Partners Network, a partnership of 22 independent, local organizations in Europe, the Americas, Africa and the Middle East working for peaceful and democratic change.

Mozaik Foundation is Balkan Green Ideas National Lead based in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with 10-year impact which states that: “Between 2016 and 2026 Mozaik will lead the development of a breakthrough generation of entrepreneurial and innovative youth – a value-driven force that creates new social and economic value, creates new jobs and serves as a role model to other youth.” 

VentureUP is the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center and official Incubator of the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina”, which serves as a bridge between education and the labor market for over 50,000 young Kosovars.

Fund for Active Citizenship fAKT is an indigenous civil society grantmaking foundation, and as such, the only one in Montenegro. Established in 2008, fAKT contributes to positive change in communities, by supporting civic engagement and enhancing local philanthropy. 

The Organization for Social Innovation “ARNO” was established in 2013 as organization with vision, talent, energy and resources to be the creative source for improvement of the communities. As socially innovative organization ARNO is brought to have commitment, readiness, and ability to innovate to respond to social problems. 

Trag Foundation was established In 1999 with the aim of strengthening the civil society and development of philanthropy in Serbia. The mission of Trag Foundation is to contribute to active and open local communities by providing support to citizens’ initiatives in these communities.
